Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers received, November 24, at the Palace of the Revolution, Mauro Luiz Lecker Vieira, minister of Foreign Relations of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
During the friendly encounter, the two officials discussed the excellent state of bilateral relations and both governments’ willingness to strengthen the relationship, as well as other topics on the regional and international agendas.
Lecker Vieira was accompanied by Cesario Melantonio Neto, Brazilian ambassador to Cuba.
Participating on the Cuban side were Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla and Rogelio Sierra Díaz, minister and deputy minister of Foreign Relations, respectively.
