"We know that our difficulties have intensified. We are in a deep crisis, and now there are other aspects to consider, which are related to multiple economic and social causes," said Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and President of the Republic.
In the Commission for Youth, Children, and Women's Equality Rights, the President, addressing what he called "a real and undesirable phenomenon in our society, which is the existence of expressions of vulnerability, of people with wandering behavior," emphasized that "there are problems of a breakdown in values in certain sectors of society, in certain family issues. It cannot be denied that there has been a focus on this, the problem has been recognized, its existence is not denied, and there are projections that are even recognized in the guiding documents, in the guiding programs of our society," he insisted.
"We must continue to affirm that the Revolution leaves no one behind, and that the people and their well-being are our main motto and responsibility," he confirmed.
