President of the Councils of State and Ministers Raúl Castro Ruz is presiding the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America Summit on Ebola, taking place today in Havana. The meeting was officially opened with the Cuban President greeting delegations from member countries Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Ecuador, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Santa Lucia. Additionally participating are Grenada, as well as St. Kitts and Nevis, countries whose incorporation into the alliance has been approved. Likewise, a delegation from Haiti is attending as a permanent ALBA invitee.
