
Ulises Rosales del Toro, vice president of the Council of Ministers, received His Excellency Lundeg Purevsuren, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, on Monday, July 20.
During the cordial meeting, the two exchanged views on the good state of bilateral relations and the celebration this year of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of uninterrupted diplomatic relations between the two countries, as well as other regional and multilateral issues of interest.
The meeting also allowed for the Foreign Minister to deliver a message from the President of Mongolia, Elbegdorj Tsakhia, for Army General Raúl Castro.
The distinguished visitor was accompanied by HE. Batbayar Tsedendamba, ambassador of Mongolia to Cuba. On the Cuban side were Miguel Ángel Ramírez, director for Asia at the Cuban Foreign Ministry, Omar Marrero, Cuban ambassador to the country and other MINREX officials.
