Today we publish the fifth and final installment of the images submitted by our readers and selected as finalists in the “Selección fotográfica de las Maravillas naturales de Cuba” (Natural Wonders of Cuba Photo Selection) by specialists at the National Center for Protected Areas (CNAP).

Voting to select the final ten Natural Wonders of Cuba, by return mail or on the web, will take place from September 1 and run throughout the month.

The results will be announced in early October as part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Granma.

Over the past 5 weeks, we have published photos from across the island, featuring areas of outstanding natural beauty in Guantánamo, Granma, Holguín, Santiago de Cuba, Sancti Spíritus, Cienfuegos, Matanzas and Artemisa.
