The Honorable Juan Carlos Varela Rodríguez, President of the Republic of Panama, will arrive in Cuba this afternoon, September 9, on an official visit to the country.
During his stay, the Panamanian leader will hold official talks with Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of Cuba’s Councils of State and Ministers, and participate in a number of other activities.
