Compañero Truong Tan Sang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, will arrive in Cuba on Monday, September 28, on an official visit.
During his stay, the president will hold official talks with Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, as well as undertaking other activities.
