Army Raúl Castro Ruz, President of Cuba’s Councils of State and Ministers will make an official to the Mexican city of Mérida in the state of Yucatán, on the invitation of President Enrique Peña Nieto, today November 6, 2015
The Cuban delegation will include Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz; Education Minister Ena Elsa Velázquez Cobiella; María del Carmen Concepción González, minister of Food Industry; as well as Rogelio Sierra Díaz, deputy minister of Foreign Affairs; and Cuba’s ambassador in Mexico, Dagoberto Rodríguez Barrera.
