Vice President of the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba, Salvador Valdés Mesa, is heading the Cuban delegation to the commemorative events to mark the 40th anniversary of the proclamation of the independence of the Republic of Angola, which will take place from November 10-11 in Luanda.
The Cuban delegation also includes Major General Antonio Enrique Lussón Battle, a vice president of the Council of Ministers, Brigadier General Rafael Moracén Limonta, Deputy Foreign Minister Ana Teresita González Fraga and Cuba’s Ambassador to Angola, Gisela Beatriz García Rivera.
