At 6am today, a joint communiqué from the Vatican and the Patriarch of Moscow announced that His Holiness Pope Francis and His Holiness Patriarch Kiril of Moscow and all of Russia, will meet the coming February 12, in Havana.
Cuba is honored to host the meeting of the supreme leaders of the Catholic Church and the Russian Orthodox Church, and will offer all support needed to facilitate the historic encounter.
