Please accept my congratulations and acknowledgement for the efforts undertaken in fulfillment of numerous and complex missions, on the 45th anniversary of the founding of the National Civil Defense Workers Trade Union.
Over all these years, during which you have become a bulwark of the Revolution, the need and importance of having trade union organizations in the heart of the FAR and MINIT has been demonstrated.
May this new anniversary become an impulse to continue working to accomplish new goals.
