The Republic of Cuba’s Council of State, in accordance with the authority established in appendix d) of the Constitution of the Republic’s Article 122 and this document’s second transitory stipulation, convokes an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of People’s Power, to be held October 10, this year at 10:00am, in Havana’s International Conference Center, to address the following agenda: Election of the National Assembly of People’s Power President, Vice President, and Secretary; as a well as the President and Vice President of the Republic
