Communist Party of Cuba First Secretary and President of the Republic Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez toured important sites where workers are immersed in tasks that are key to the country: the Power Plant Maintenance Enterprise; a vaccination center in the heart of the Havana neighborhood of Romerillo; and the Center for Molecular Immunology (CIM), a prestigious Cuban scientific institution.
Díaz-Canel described as heroic the manner in which workers at the Maintenance Enterprise devote themselves to efforts across the country to achieve stability in electricity generation, and CIM staff work around the clock fabricating supplies and components to support the production of vaccines, being administered right now to millions across the country, including residents of the Romerillo neighborhood, where the President reiterated that the Revolution will always be on the people’s side; that everything the Revolution does is for the people.
