The First Secretary of the Party Central Committee and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, announced in his X account that the measures announced by the Cuban Telecommunications Company (Etecsa), and the population's concerns about them, will be addressed in an upcoming edition of the podcast Desde la Presidencia.
He added that "the Revolutionary Government works to provide welfare to the people, in the midst of the most criminal siege. No measure that limits benefits pleases us, and it is our duty to explain exhaustively every step taken to dodge the blockade's thrusts."
