Prior to the inauguration of the IV CELAC Summit, this afternoon January 27 in Quito, Ecuador’s President Rafael Correa and his Brazilian counterpart, Dilma Rousseff, met to review relations between their countries, addressing regional integration, trade, connectivity, investment, education, science, technology, innovation and cooperation.
Likewise meeting this morning, before the main event, were ministers of Economy from Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador.
