Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, arrived this afternoon, September 16, to Margarita Island in Venezuela, to participate in the XVII Non-Aligned Movement Summit, scheduled for the 17th and 18th.
Other members of the delegation include Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, and Abelardo Moreno Fernández, minister and deputy minister of Foreign Relations, respectively; and Rogelio Polanco Fuentes, Cuban ambassador in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
