The use of plagues and diseases to cause damage to the enemy have been described in the texts that narrate the history of wars developed by mankind throughout the centuries.

In 1793, the British officer J.A. Anhert intentionally introduced smallpox to exterminate the indigenous populations of what was then Nova Scotia. This method was later used by the U.S. Army in its war against the native inhabitants of that country, in order to dispossess them of their territories.

During World War I, several countries, including Germany and Japan, used biological means as weapons.

Years later, the experience gained by the Japanese empire made it possible, from 1934 to 1945, to carry out biological warfare actions against China, the USSR and US troops fighting in Asia-Pacific during World War II.

After the war, Washington covered up Japan's secret experiments with these weapons, carefully guarded them and appropriated the expertise of its former enemies.

The case of Shiro Ishii, known as the Japanese Mengele, the man responsible for the development of the biological and chemical weapons research program in his country, creator of the Ping Fan Institute (Unit 731), which used prisoners of war as guinea pigs, is a clear example.

According to a top secret memorandum transmitted to Washington by cable on May 6, 1947, “Ishii states that if guaranteed immunity from ‘war crimes’ in documentary form for himself, superiors, and subordinates, he can describe (the germ warfare) program in detail.” (1)

None of the doctors involved in the events of Unit 731 were prosecuted. Ishii managed to negotiate immunity at the Tokyo Trial for himself and other members of Unit 731, in exchange for the results of their experiments.

The doctor reportedly moved to Maryland, USA, to continue his research on biological weapons, and thus became the main advisor to the U.S. Government in the field of these means of mass destruction.

Nazi specialists and doctors also found refuge in U.S. territory as part of Operation Paperclip, which aimed to extradite to the United States all Nazi scientists specialized in the so-called "wonder weapons."

One of these scientists was Arthur Rudolph, supervising engineer in the production of the V1 and V2 bombs. Rudolph, who qualified as a war criminal, went on to work for NASA.

Other German scientists recruited were Walter P. Emil Schreiber, an infectiologist specializing in germ warfare; and physiologist Hubertus Strughold, involved in medical experiments at the Dachau camp, against whom no charges were ever brought.

How can those who have always protected, financed and promoted terror set themselves up as judges of others?
