The member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla -on official visit- exchanged with Thongloun Sisoulith, Secretary General of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (PPRL) and President of the Republic.
The Cuban Foreign Minister reiterated to the Laotian leader the “high priority we attach to the development of relations with this nation, united by historical ties of solidarity and cooperation in socialist construction,” he said in X.
Rodríguez Parrilla also communicated that he deposited a wreath at the museum of the former president and founder of the PPRL, Kaysone Phomvihane.
“This homage constitutes a demonstration of the solidarity and historical brotherhood between our Parties, Governments and Peoples”, he ratified.
The program of the visit includes the meeting with the Prime Minister, Sonexay Siphandone, and official talks with his counterpart, Thongsavanah Phomvihane.
