All signs indicate that the Israeli government cannot live without waging war, at genocidal levels against the Palestinian population.
Its attacks on the West Bank, the illegal construction of thousands of Israeli settlements in that occupied area, the attacks on Palestinian refugee centers, among other actions, constitute the other half of the Zionist plan to wipe out the Palestinian population and totally occupy the territory in which they have always lived.
This does not mean that Israel has ended the genocide in Gaza. Children, women and elderly people are still dying in that area, due to the onslaught of the military and the continuous bombing by the Israeli air force, and hundreds of thousands of others have been displaced and live as nomads in their own land.
Let no one believe that, with the arrival of Donald Trump to the presidency of the United States, the Israeli massacre against the Palestinians has ended.
On the contrary, now the Washington government is proposing a crueler “solution”: ethnic cleansing, consisting of the expulsion of almost two million Palestinians from that coastal enclave, and turning the place, fertilized with the blood of its citizens, into a so-called Riviera, property of the White House tenant, and turning the area into a flourishing real estate conglomerate from which its Yankee creators and owners would make fabulous profits.
In the West Bank, Palestinian land occupied by Benjamin Netanyahu's regime, more than 700,000 Israelis currently live in some 230 settlements built since the time of the 1967 occupation, according to the Hispantv website.
At the moment, 1,200 new Jewish settlements are being built, along with the war and the confiscation of homes and arable land, among other properties.
In the last few weeks alone, Israel destroyed 120 Palestinian homes in the Jenin refugee camp, in the occupied West Bank, where, so far in 2025, Zionist forces have killed 81 people, including 11 children.
In 2024, Israel illegally seized 53 square kilometers of the West Bank in a U.S.-backed colonization plan.
