A key piece of the Southern Command's geo-strategy against Latin America and the Caribbean is leading continuous tours of countries in the region, in the emperor's determination to reconquer the backyard with an arsenal of lies and intimidations, as pretexts, reminiscent of so many past plans and operations of the era before and after the extermination of the exterminating Plan Condor.
Marco Rubio, a former gangster senator, ringleader of the anti-Cuban mafia and of coup intrigues against Bolivia, Honduras, Venezuela, Brazil or Nicaragua, from Capitol Hill, crowned by the Führer in office as the first Secretary of State of his second term, is the clear expression of the warmongering and extremist course that threatens the relations between the empire and the rest of the hemisphere that neither respects allies nor conceives civilized peaceful coexistence.
Protagonist of the worst causes against Our America, supporter of the relations between metropolis and colonies, empire and “fifth category” subjects, he lands as the great devil's envoy in Panama City, Buenos Aires or San Salvador, whip in hand to blackmail, warn, pressure, condition, subvert, corner, put a price, conspire, lie and threaten.
China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua and other old formulas for deception, such as the supposed political will of the U.S. Government in the war against terrorism, drugs, migration, conflicts... and destroying Cuban medical collaboration as a priority, are in the folder of intimidation and conditioning, ready to pull out of their sleeves and try to bring their interlocutors to their knees, also seen as dependent or disposable, from the imperialist Trumpist viewpoint: "They need us much more than we need them. We don't need them; they need us. They all need us.
There are no possible exceptions in the egocentric, arrogant and contemptuous vision of the one who wants to be the owner of the world and the pawns of the “spoiled child” who craves for everything, but does not cry; threatens and ultimates, to appropriate by force and without regard of his “whims” that do not belong to him or imposes his designs as the great dictator, which so many agree in suspecting.
That is the purpose of his double agenda envoy, with a new version of the Monroe Doctrine: America for the Americans of the North, with clubs and tariffs, but without carrots.
To follow orders and see what he can get and how far he can go in his vile obsession against Cuba and Venezuela, his big business in recent years, although increasingly questioned for his complicity with the racist mass deportations in violation of international law and multilateral agreements; the stigmatization of Venezuelan migrants; the measures to expel Cubans and remove any possibility of them staying or reaching U.S. territory, taking off his mask and showing his vampiric fangs, as well as his high involvement in the extermination of the Palestinian people.
From Guyana, threats of military invasion of Venezuela and shameless warnings that had a quick and forceful response from the Bolivarian Government and its armed forces; from Jamaica, the attack on the Cuban medical collaboration in solidarity, which he described as an “atrocious practice”, and said that he was going to dialogue with the Caribbean countries that benefit from it.
At first hand, his interlocutor replied that the Cuban medical presence was of great help to the Jamaican people, in need of such services.
In the face of atrocious lies, courageous answers to make the beast literate, which from Caracas received a high qualification: “imbecile”.
