JORGE Dervinche is regular guy. His short stature and weighty frame hide his adventurous spirit and past as an outstanding athlete. Rapa, as he is known in his native Brazil, is the current President of the Latin American Parachuting Confederation (COLPAR) and has amassed an outstanding trajectory in the field of sports administration since 1994, when he retired from the discipline.
