The leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, wrote a letter to global football star, Diego Armando Maradona, in Havana since last week to record the second season of the sports program, De Zurda, in the run up to the Copa América 2015 to be held in Chile.

The message signed by Fidel and dated January 11, has still not been published, but Telesur has circulated photos of the moment when Maradona received the letter.
