Current examples of "justice," which do not adhere to the precept "to give to each his due, that is, to organize a society according to the principles of honesty, equity and reason," are multiplying every day.
Meanwhile, the use of politicization and manipulation of criminal proceedings and unfounded accusations become a very frequent resource, as part of today's reality.
It has been palpable these days, when Israel asked the United States -who else- to "exert pressure on South Africa to desist from the lawsuit before the International Court of Justice, which accuses the Jewish State of violating its obligations under the Genocide Convention, for its massacres against the Palestinian population of Gaza."
The threat, hidden behind the masks of a supposed justice, became known when the Zionist country's Foreign Ministry threatened South Africa, with the argument that "they are currently working with the United States" so that, in case they continue with the accusations against Israel, "they will have to pay a high price, which can reach the suspension of commercial relations between Washington and Pretoria."
However, according to Sputnik, it is unlikely that the U.S. will carry out such a drastic measure, since the White House intends to "maintain its relationship with South Africa to counterbalance the influence of Russia and China."
Could it be that the more than 20,000 children killed by Israeli military forces do not count for one or the other country, the US and Israel, to continue in their political game to hide a genocide?
Let us travel in space and time to Peru, a scenario in which the aforementioned "justice" has Pedro Castillo behind bars, a president, teacher, union leader, beloved by his people, whom the so-called Peruvian "justice" now intends to declare "permanently morally unfit to exercise the leadership of the State."
The former Peruvian president has been imprisoned since December 22, 2022, and during that time, the self-proclaimed president, Dina Boluarte, authorized the repression against demonstrators who demanded the release of the president, and has been accused of several actions of alleged corruption, but continues to be free as head of the Andean nation.
In another nation in the area, Ecuador, Jorge Glas, former vice president during the second term of the Citizen Revolution (2007-2017), who already served six years in prison for unproven accusations, had to resort to requesting asylum in the Mexican Embassy in Quito, because he was still being pursued by elements related to "justice" mechanisms.
He was forcibly removed from the diplomatic compound by soldiers sent by the Ecuadorian government, in an act that violated various norms and laws that prohibit this type of action inside an embassy, protected by diplomatic immunity.
Transferred to the high security prison, La Roca, and in a vulnerable state of health, now the current mechanisms of "justice" have denied him a writ of habeas corpus, requested to address his current health situation, aggravated by the permanence in prison.
These are just three examples of the good or bad use of the so-called "justice," politicized and totally inconsistent with its true meaning.
