HAVANA, (acn) Nineteen individuals involved in U.S. policy making and government are accompanying Secretary of State John Kerry for the official ceremony opening the U.S. Embassy in Havana, August 14, according to a communiqué issued by the State Department
The last U.S. Secretary of State to visit the island was Edward Stettinius Reilly, in March of 1945.
The list includes:
